Returns & Exchanges：

M-ufamily is committed to provide you with satisfied purchase experience and is offering free returns. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we will accept returns for up to 30 days from purchase for a full refund

1.Returns:

To be eligible for a return:

1. Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we may not be able to offer you a refund or exchange.
2. Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.Any product returned that is used and/or not in original packaging will be rejected and not sent back.

4. If the product is defective or damaged when you receive it:

Once your return quest is approved and your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

3.Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

For higher valuer products, you should pay for the price difference

For lower value products, price difference will be refund to you in the form of gift card
